toronto was pretty famous for having happy har5dcore shows with the hullabaloo parties with famous dj anabolic frollic. But as far as i know those parties are no longer happening here.

there are still many hardcore parties happening in toronto, although the general popularity has definitely decreased.

Happy Hardcore was great in its day.

UK Hardcore is the pinnacle of commercialism at the moment, It actually wouldn't surprise me if McDonalds started sponsoring the events.
