Scooter has some great instrumental tracks. Rhapsody in E is one, and 'Time and Space', imho, is their best track ever. A more recent one is 'Acid Bomb'.

this isnt 1990 anymore. i cant take it
This started in 1994. 1990 was still acid/house and nothing like this. I think then a lot is too much for you e.g. The First Rebirth - Jones&Stef., Follow Me - Jam&Spoon and most hard trance produced in the great '90s.

Anyway, "Rhapsody in E" and "Cosmos" are excellent classic trance tracks although i didn't like "harder, faster, scooter" in your first post. In the vein of classic hard trance though i recommend another very good classic hard trance track by Scooter:
I think your examples including "Back in time" lean more towards Happy Hardcore (typical sound and speed), which Scooter and many other moved to around that time. One of the reasons I like "Harder Faster Scooter" that much is that it doesn't sound like Happy Hardcore, although it is pretty fast. Same goes for two of my other favourites "The First Rebirth - Jones & Stephenson and Follow Me - Jam & Spoon"
Next to that in Belgium they went into a different direction I also liked and is more trancy. I would call this Hard Trance:
1996 DJ DAVE DAVIS - TRANSFIGURATION
