They're red, I'm assuming from the gunk. A bit hurty, but nothing serious.

Do you smoke? How much?
Do you drink?
Have you eaten anything out of the ordinary lately?
Do you have a history of upper respiratory tract infections?
Are you allergic to any kinds of food or medicine?
Have you had unprotected sex recently?

Don't usually smoke, but smoked 2 packs in an evening right about when this started, 10 days ago. I attributed the shakes, sweats, and nausea to a nicotine withdrawal, but the weakness was there and is still there.
Drink, when I go out. That was 3 times last week.
Unprotected sex - I might have caught something this friday, so I'm going to get tested on monday when the blood labs open.

If it is conjuctivitis it could be linked to a more widespread infection. How are your ears and throat, any tenderness or aching? Does it hurt to swallow or drink fluids?
|
no aching in ears, throat hurts, presumably from all the coughing. Sometimes I cough 7 or 8 times rapid fire. Start off as wet, phlegmatic coughs, end with dry hacking ones.

Sounds like It may be bacterial pneumonia, are you coughing up any mucous? What color is it? It may just be a nasty case of bronchitis, but better to be safe than sorry. Do you smoke? How often?
|
Yep, mucous is there. It's yellow and viscous. Smoked 3 or 4 cigarettes this friday, seemed to aggravate it a bit.
I've been taking my temperature daily - stable 36.6 to 37 C. Hence no fever.

|
Can't really tell if they're swollen - nothing seems to be abnormal at first glance. Nope, no muscle spasms.

Either way you need to see a doctor asap, get full lab done and request a chest Xray (they'll probaby do that anyway from those symptoms).
|
Did a chest X ray already - the doc saw nothing out of the ordinary.

Thanks man.

any signs and symptoms of chest pain, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing? chills? night sweats?
|
No chest pains, no shortness of breath. No chills, and no nightsweats recently - had them about 10 days ago after those 2 packs of cigs and the speed.
Also, I politely retract the claim that you are useless
