Spice is all about balance. Gotta be hot enough to feel the heat in the face, but not too hot that it lasts for hours afterwards and ruins your tastebuds.

As for lighters - some days you go out with 3 and come back with none, some days you go out with none and come home with one in each pocket. (I guess if you hang out with smokers anyway)
