No doubt... O. Mosley was a fascist; however, to call him a friend of Hitler is a streatch. Some may even question if he was really a fascist... generally, I'd equate nazism as fascism + racism

fascism at its core ideology is ultra nationalistic, but not racist. (well, in most cases)
