My 'friend' used to do a coke/k cocktail while out, followed by 1/2 a viagra if he wanted to throw down to his girl at the end of the night. I...um, he strongly advises no more than 1/2 a pill and remember to allow about 30-60 minutes for effect.
It has been used safely in combination with e, qualu, k, G, alcohol, tobbacco, THC, caffene mushrooms and whatever garbage gets pressed into pills as filler...and all combinations of the above.
Just bear in mind that it opens blood vessels, so be smart if combining it with anything that ups your heart rate.
Like sex, I guess.
