I closed out the main room (2am -3am - and I MEAN 3am - the Building Manager was standing right beside me with his watch!)

Was great to be back in the ol' sc. I played the various Citrus events over the years but its obviously been a while. Not sure who the sound company was but I had lots of bass feedback on both decks for the whole set - had to actually turn the bass off completely during breakdowns or you would just hear a dull humming noise - was great to mix with! haha. Other than that it was great - lots of folks checkin' out exhibits and dancing in a semi-dark main room. Love to do it again.

lol, were you texting me at the time? sorry, i only came by once to say hello. i blame it on a bunch of rum & cokes. they were using 2oz shot glasses to mix the drinks... how could i pass that up. haha. man, we got so trashed. lol.

when i first got there i stuck out like a sore thumb in a sea of teens decked out in rave gear. but then my friends got there and some other people closer to my age showed up to check out the exhibits. that was pretty cool actually. the dance floor area was nice but the sound system wasn't that great. can't complain really, the place is not a club. everyone was friendly and having a good time. we ran into Jelo and hung out with him backstage for a while. his set was great and we left not long after. it was a good party. i imagine it was not on the scale of what it used to be but still it was a fun/different experience.

Whoever put this together - call me when you do the next one, I'll do your sound system properly.

What kind of music? I guess with Jelo you heard classic banging Jelo, and OS2 played his ever-so-reliable brand of trance?

About how many people showed up?
