The thread I wrote about the glow stix was true. So that makes me a bad mom cause my kid was playing with glow stix? And it broke? Not to mention glow stix are legal. You have some issues. I asked a question. And what a better place to ask than people on this board. They are helpful. |
What makes you a bad mom is that you went to TA and not poison control for help in a situation like that.

10 years ago I would have supported this, but marijuana has gotten so strong, that it's gotten beyond the ridiculous, I live with 3 people that are literally physically addicted to it, the stronger the strain of marijuana, the more it seperates each side of the brain, encouraging schizophrenia, and other mental illnesses. I used to fucking love the gange, but the intense cultivation and the desire for the average toker to get more and more fucked means that it's not the "safe" drug that it once was.....
if you still smoke it and think it's great, kudos to you, but I'm willing to bet in a few years time it'll geniunely have robbed you of everything "reefer madness" said it would 80 years ago, and I'm glad I got out whilst I did.......
Class A's FTW |
Who's coolaid are you drinking? Show me the study that indicates that marijuana 'separates' each side of the brain...

they're all on course for firsts, their marijuana isn't affecting their studies, but when they quite literally have serious difficulties going through the day without lighting up, and become noticeably irritable when lighting up, I'd say thats a problem... |
Anything can by psychologically addicting. Maybe the problem isn't the pot, but the people? If it wasn't pot, it could just as easily be coke... alcohol... caffeine... shit, I know some folks that go through WoW withdrawls!
Bottom line is, some people can handle it... some people cant. Know your body. Hell, some folks can't even drink a cup of coffee because it geeks them out!

In that case, I'll be willing to apologize for assuming that you do. Your past actions on the forums, however, are what lead me to make that assumption.

Of course it doesn't make you a bad person, and no, I don't know you that well, though I've read enough of your posts to make a basic judgment of what type of person you are. And please, define "clean" for me, because you made this post in the past...

That's not exactly "clean," now is it?

I know it is, I posted in it multiple times.

Way to miss the point completely. Kids can play with glow sticks all they want, but should they be playing with them at a rave? Lord no. The last thing they need to see are drunks and people rolling their asses off, dressed in skimpy clothing playing a friendly game of "grab ass" with each other. Not quite healthy for a children's mind. Not to mention that you should've taken the child to the doctor before asking us. Sure, you can post here and ask about it, but you should've made sure to get your child taken care of properly before wasting your time on the internet.
Rolling at your own house (I assume the kids were there, if not, feel free to correct me), is also not an example of stand-up parenting.
And me be a paranoid parent? Simply because I don't condone you exposing your children to ecstasy and the amount of "debauchery" that goes on at a rave, does not mean that I will be "paranoid."
You're just as childish as your children are. Grow up.
