Epic night. We got there way early, at 10pm. I was kind of surprised that no one was there yet. We tried to make our way to the dance floor but the bouncers threw us out since nothing was ready yet. I think Tommie didn't start his warmup until about 11. Junkie went on around 12:30?

I wasn't really feeling Tommie Sunshine's set. He seems like he has skills but it was too much energy too early I thought.

Junkie was absolutely amazing. I've only heard 2 of his albums and what I've heard in videogames (Quantum Redshift soundtrack ftw). My expectations were certainly met and I loved the amount of energy he had on stage. Jumping around, singing, air guitar, being a towel head, his energy definitely got the crowd going. All of the tracks he was pounding out were just amazing too.

What was the deal with stopping at 2:30? Seemed kind of odd to me... disappointed that there was no encore with the 15 minutes he had left.

Anyways, this was a show I'll remember for a long time.

I wish I could have made it to this show. I'm a big fan of JXL's tracks. The last time I saw him was at Ultra a few years ago when he played maybe 5 tracks that were all 10+ minutes long. His performance that day was 80% prancing around stage, 15% "dude, my hands are HUGE", and 5% mixing. I would have loved to have seen him in a club setting.

Any Infusion - Legacy (JXL Remix) sightings? He drop any other good tracks?

Because he plays predone sets in Ableton's Arrangement view.

Junkie did great. His set flowed and held the energy all night. No Legacy was played. He played Moby - Go with Depeche Mode - Enjoy the Silence Acapella, Breezer (Vocal Mix), Beauty Never Fades.
