its a crazy workout! Been doing it for about 7 months now and I wish I had started at an earlier age (im 22).
As the difficulty level goes, it will honestly depend on you and your physical skills.
Anyone can learn, but there is also need for patience since you will need to practice each move multiple times before you get it right and once u learn the move you will also need to build the muscle for you to be able to perform it. Its very dynamic stuff.
Not only that, to learn and move and imcorporate it all in a game can be very dificult. Playing capoeira in a roda aint easy, and im just starting to get a hold of it.
Its very challenging for me, and I love it for that. Plus, its so much fuuunnn. Theres a whole aspect that no other martial arts has (i think), the commarade, the chanting, the music, the thrill you get after a good game and you are just bouncing to get back to play another. Fantastic in my opinion.
I am biased tho since im brazilian and all.
Oh yeah, did judo for a year when i was young. The only thing i still have from it is how to fall on a takedown... comes handy
