A good MC for a trance set is someone who speaks just at the right time,keeps it short and knows when to shut up for the most part.

A good example would be, Paul Van Dyk Trance Energy 2003, it's only at the beginning during the breakdown of the second track. There's no more MC thereafter.

Why talk at all?

If the producer of the track wanted there to be vocals at that point, they would have put them there in the first place
