Re: best towns to live in southern florida?
| quote: | [i][b
1) What are the average costs of apartments?
2) what are the best towns to live in if you're 25, single, and vegetarian (whole foods is NECESSARY!)?
3) Where are places to completely AVOID if you don't wanna get robbed or live in totally shitty conditions (not to be taken as "snobby" but i'm used to clean quiet neighborhoods in white suburbia--call it a comfort thing i guess, but i just wanna know i can park my car and not have to worry about it being broken into/stolen etc and have a clean fairly quiet apartment/condo)
4) what is West Palm Beach like? SERIOUSLY, what is it like?
any additional info anyone has...best nightlife, best beaches, etc greatly appreciated. |
1.) Do you want 1 or 2 bedrooms? You can find all sorts of rental deals if you want, since the Fl. real estate market is really dead now. You can probably find 1 bdrms from 700 on up in the Aventura Area. Where have lived for many years, Sunny Isles Beach, is just east of Aventura on the beach and you can find similar deals there. 2 bdrms in both areas are going for about $1000+, most larger over 1000 square foot units in nice shape fetching $1200+.
2.) Aventura and Sunny Isles Beach. Whole foods is on 213 st. and Biscayne Blvd
3.) see above.
4.) West Palm is quiet and boring for 25 year olds, but clean and nice, which Aventura and Sunny Isles Beach are more populated and a bit more exciting, but still clean and nice.
