No shit! What pissed me off so much about my incident was that no one bothered to check ID. Two Mexican woman shopping at Petsmart buying pet food and cat litter with a Whirlpool corporate credit card that clearly states 'Business use Only' with the name 'William Lukacs Hornyak' on it.....and nobody thought to ID?!?!

My roommate got all fucked up one night and ended up spending somewhere near $300 at a strip club in the city. Afterwards he was riding around with some guy who he had just met that night and asked him to drive to an ATM so he could grab some cash. He handed the guy in the driver's seat his card and asked him to take out $50. He realized the next day that the guy had actually taken out $350 and pocketed the difference. So he called up his bank and told them about all these 'fraudulent' charges on his debit card that are only due to him being a drunk, coked-up idiot and asked the bank to have the charges removed.
And they did.

that just seems too easy though. what if you buy a new tv at bestbuy, go home and call wachovia saying you don't know where that charge came from? is it that easy to rip off banks?
I had to sign an affadavit stating that they were not my charges, and that I believed them to be fraudulent. Had I been lying and trying to rip the bank off you can bet your ass they'd figure it out, then I would have been fucked by the long dick of the law.

I talked to the bank today.
I'll be getting a new card in about four days, and the rep that I talked to said that the $1000 charge may not even get through, since I canceled the card while the charge was still pending. Even if it does go through, she said that the charges will be removed, and I signed an affidavit to confirm that the charges were illegitimate.
Later today I'll call the fraud people at the police department to let them know about all this and hopefully they can catch the little shit who went on a short shopping spree at my expense.
NICE WORK!

Undies with a dickhole aren't good for guys. Your balls can get caught in them. That's why I prefer to go over the gate instead of through the fence.

yes, i'm sure of that, that's the point of the affidavit. but honestly, how can they find out? would a bank actually go out of their way to find surveillance of all the fraudulent charges of ALL of their customers? and even if they did, there are plenty of places that you can use a credit card that have zero surveillance.

It's a legal obligation in France for banks to remove charges and to refund what have been robbed.
