On your screenshots you are pointing the install location to the executable rather than the location you have extracted the actual driver files to. I presume this was just to show the info on the properties tab of the file?
that's the driver self extractor and everything..G:\. ..looks weird because I organized them
Installed drivers reside in C:\
ninja edit: most of IBM's drivers come like that, I haven't seem IBM driver that had a pack of files within a cab file

The file itself, an installshield installer package, is just a zip file really. WinRAR can unpack it. Which is exactly what I did. I dumped all the extra utilities, as they are unnecessary.
