I was surprised Dave remembered me after 2 and a half years. He said he remembered the time I opened for them in Austin and I kinda had a loss for words.

Dave: "So what have you been up to?"
Me: "Well uh..I kinda got caught up in this skydiving bullshit.."
Dave: " Haha, oh right yeah well.. thanks for checking in man. Good seeing you again."

I went on to ask him about the story with him and Josh...while my better judgment says he would not want me posting that conversation verbatim, I take it the story isn't too much of a secret. I had no idea I told him I was crushed to hear about it and that I'd always be a fan.


Anyhow, he played a good set and it was worth the money I spent.

so how was it?

He surprised me, he played a real good set, he was worth going to go see.

Open House sucks now I used to go back then when it was at A38 .Those damn congos drums get on my nerves I feel like Im at carnival in Brazil.

I thought it was decent. I really wanted to take friends there since they'd never experienced any sort of "EDM" related event. Mano Grillo didn't pound the congas as hard this time. He rarely played last night.

its the house music they play sometimes they play good the rest is cheese!

well theres something in store for houston lets just say house dj's (swedish) wink wink & more will be booked Ill keep you guys informed first
