i teach yoga, cycling, and other formats in group ex classes plus hike in the hills and run, and i would say that it stays pretty high, i've been working out regularly for about 15 years now so i can't remember what is what like before then. it was lower in my 20's than in my 30's(has gotten way higher)although i was working on my masters in my mid 20's which will kill any kind of sex drive, lol
although i wonder if yoga has something to do with my high sex drive, i started doing yoga when i turned 30 and i felt like it jumped up to a 20! definitely a good thing, well, when i have someone to help me out with that
