worrying about noise floor is just an old habbit i guess

as for clippin, i don't worry about clips when im writing melodies and pads and just laying out some ideas, i worry about all the techy stuff later... sometimes when working with friends on projects, the stuff is driving 6db over during the creative process part... then they leave, and i fix it
