WMP is pretty much the only choice on a media center. And it's honestly fine - they've even got some great visualizers for it like WhiteCap.

I prefer Winamp on a regular PC though. I want my media player to just leave me alone and play my music, and WMP's "Skin Mode" doesn't hold a candle to Winamp's WindowShade (or whatever the kids are calling it these days).

I think there's a way to change that....just dunno how. I know at least when I burnt tracked CDs there was an option to take that break away - granted, it wasn't with WMP that I burnt CDs.

Its not a break and the end of the track its an actual skip in the last few moments of the track

VLC sometimes...depends..thats more for videos.

fucking HATE itunes.

I hate WMP myself. Just find it annoying for music.

I will occasionally use it for videos though. Mostly for vids ill use VLC though.
