Just one good advice: don't eat it with empty stomach. Try to eat it with solid food. Last time I was throwing up for a whole week, and had an ulcer-like symptoms... wasn't the best feeling at all

but to add to that: yeah, it was one helluva experience! would definitely do it again

i'll disagree and say an empty stomach is best for its benefits to absorption, ingesting shrooms on top of a lot of food decreases the intensity a good bit. plus feeling like I'm full while tripping is the only thing that's ever made me feel nauseous on shrooms. I just eat them with chocolate to kill the taste, and if I feel like my stomach needs stabilizing I have a light snack or drink a glass of milk about an hour and a half after taking them (at which point you've absorbed all the psilocybin).

Maybe that was my mistake for not eating anything at all for the next 12 hours after eating shrooms. I was in no appetite of eating anything while having the trip, but in this case I would have to agree with you to have a light snack or a glass of milk to stabilize the stomach.

However, I was still feeling nausea even though I didn't eat anything. Indeed, I still had a very good trip.

Another advice is to do it around the people that you are most comfortable with. That way you don't feel paranoid at all.

all you need to take the edge off is a nice cold beer. if the taste bothers you, mix small chunks into spoonfuls of your favorite soup and sip away. hot or cold, no taste at all. chewing is good cause it absorbs into your mouth tissue first. i've had the body high kick in in under 10 min.
