it is bullshit...he pushed her to get her out of the way after an argument, thats not assault really, it was a harmless fight. and he went to the police station and explained everything, his mom took it too far, probally for money or something.

what i don't understand is why these uber wealthy peeps don't share their riches with their mom's to begin with to avoid such situations...
