We use Fixer Upper = A girl that can stand to lose 20 pounds.
Usage: "Is your girlfriend's friend cute?"
"She's alright, she's a fixer upper."
Snickers = Prostitutes orginally, but has evolved to just meaning women.
Strong = generally reserved for game playing. Refers to good playing/move. IE: Your friend kills 12 people in a round of Counterstrike. That is strong.
From other online games: bog = short for boggle, indicating incomprehension. nog = in agreement, a perversion of 'nod'. "Want to go to the movies?", "Nog"
Wise or wisdom = anything good. "This beer is wise." or "There is wisdom in this beer."
And last but not least, Fear. Our most used word for years, probably best explained to mean 'I fear that.'
"I just got into a car accident."
"Fear."
"No one was injured even though the car was totalled."
"Fear."
"So I had to buy a new car, I spent $25,000."
"Fear."
"It's really, really nice though."
"Fear."
Etc .
