meh.. Where the hell do they come up with these rankings? Number of arrests for underage drinking? cause then I could understand uf being #1 (i've witnessed countless numbers of em, and have wiggled out of one myself (the cop saw me put down an empty cup that used to have alcohol in it :wtf)
