TrueCrypt can hide stuff in ways that won't exactly look like they're being hidden. So basically unless you knew ahead of time that something was hidden, you wouldn't be searching for it. ;-)

Anywho, beyond those 2 last lines I actually agree with you 100%. These things happen slowly, not overnight. How do we know that some time in the future authorities won't be confiscating our computers, iPods, etc etc because of what they deem "illegal" content? Sounds ridiculous now, but maybe not so in 10 years. All in the name of "freedom"
