That's okay, but I think you should mention that in your begin post. I always think that people here are aiming to get something released, and old school stuff just isn't up for that, see I give feedback to that. If you are really aiming @ oldschool stuff (which I like to), than I'll adapt my feedback to that.
i don't think so... i signed a track i made back in 2004 recently... and also got big support on my more recent stuff... the "sounding old" card i think its just a method for people saying that they didn't like it that much and it's not their style or something... it doesn't always mean that it sounds old...

I didn't hear your track so I can't really judge if it's oldschool or not. I know that I'm not using it as a method to say that I don't like it, because if I don't like it, I say so .

I dont think oldskool is bad , that was when trance was good , i like to use a lot of old sounding things in my productions ,my production Back then being a 95-97 style tune.
i think it would be good a few old sounding tunes coming thru

Processing a highly structured and complex pattern of sensory input as a unified percept of "music" is probably one of the most elaborate features of the human brain.....understanding how music is perceived and how it may elicit intense sensations is far from being understood.
