i was watching a report on how polls are skewed against young people, like you and me, who only have cell phones. Also, i'm pretty sure that it is illegal to cold call cell phones, which isn't the case for landlines. if the poll was an internet research poll obama would be destroying mccain.

Warren Buffet is certainly entitled to his opinion that he feels he doesn't pay enough. That's easy to say when you wipe your ass with Benjamins. I don't understand peoples' notions that because people are rich, they should always be forced to pay higher percentages. What does that do for the poor and middle class people, other than make them feel good to see the rich getting taken? Dice it up all you want man... the fact is the top 1% of earners pay 40% of the taxes, and the top 10% pay 71% of them. The richest top percentage has increasingly been paying a bigger and bigger share. They are about 15% of the nations total income, and have gone from paying 25% of the taxes to 71% in 18 years. Having tax breaks for them are necessary because without it, the rich will not invest their money which will stagnate the economy and stunt job creation.
