What you need to do is examine your diet, then determine what your body needs to get where you want to be.
There is lots of info online on this.
Determine your caloric intake, estimate how much you use a day, and find a healthy balance (or a slight unbalance if you want to loose weight). Find out how much protein you get in your diet, then what you need ( i.e. to add muscle, take a gram protein per lbs body mass daily).
If you dont eat fruit, vegetables and other foods that contain vitamins, take a vitamin supplement.
Just understand that these supplements are used to supplement your existing diet, and adjust your diet as you get closer to where you want to be.
