Are you sure about this? I thought it was regulated... like so it costs a set rate to travel to various zones throughout the city... AFAIK I think it is about $48 to the Delta Chelsea area... maybe as high as $55 but I doubt any higher than that

I'm not sure if the flat rate exists still, tbh
last time I took a cab from my previous apartment (North York) to Pearson, it was just about $40 or $42, mind you that was about 2.5 years ago

I don't mind the stops at the hotels. I get in at noon and check in isn't till 3...plus when I head back to texas my plane doesn't leave till 6pm.

Looking forward to a change of pace from San Antonio =)
