Flash has its uses, mini-sites/demos for products is good, but a whole site done in flash (beyond portfolios, which are a lot of the really nice flash sites) flash blows.

In terms of SEO and accesibility standards its pure crap and more work (costs more for clients) and usually is not nearly as dynamic as it seems in the long run.

Of course I am a bitter forced-into-flash-developement person so I might be a bit biased.
