I've never made stuffed peppers before - Slylee or Jay, post up a recipe? Sounds fucking delicious. More so, if it's anything like the ones they do at the Turkish restaurant near me

Because I prefer wacky Yohan food, nobody can really help me, unless it's like peel the onions or other peon work which isn't what I like my guests to do.

So I just ensure they come about 15 mins or so before the grub is ready.

Maybe some appetizers while they wait, while you run around like your head is on fire ensure all the food is done right and it's not gone cold. (I hate it when that happens)

Ensuring your guest is comfortable and not bored... Kinda hard if you're single and your gf/wife/SO isn't there to play host. (Esp. when you've invited someone you're not that familiar with)

If you're inviting a girl over... Maybe it's a good thing for her to see how awesome you are in the kitchen... You might not know, but this girl may be into guys who can cook. (Well, I certainly find girls who can cook sexy as hell)

Creativity counts. Though don't go overboard. Ensure you know what your guest's preference is, and whether they like to experiment with new cuisine. Done well, trying out new food is a wonderful dining experience for someone.

Also, nothing is like a good hospitality like a well prepared meal

Little bit of both depending on the day.

Not any particular reason, but you know what they say, too many cooks spoil the soup. I'm quite proud of my cooking skills, and i want everything done just so, and unless the person who is helping me prepare food does everything exactly like I do, they are more likely to hinder me instead of helping me.

Also stuffed peppers ftw

I have a pretty tasty stuffed pepper recipe. Nothing too complicated and the flavors are all mild and blend together well but the heat of the habaneros is nice.

i have it written down on notepad saved in my "recipes" folder ;p

quote:

Roasted banana peppers stuffed.

4 banana peppers go in oven sprinkled some oil... til skin blisters, take out put in bowl and cover with plastic so the skin comes off
**must skin before stuffin**

3 sausege, cook till brown and fully cooked.

mince 2 habaneros.......................add to bowl.
minche some chives......................add to bowl.
goat cheese.............................add to bowl.
slice sauseges..........................add to bowl.
cut cilantro............................add to bowl.
salt and pepper.........................add to bowl.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ hand mix it!!

stuff banana peppers, back into oven and on broil till the cheese starts to get brown. take out and put it in fridge till its cold.
