I already have all of The Offspring albums (the ones that are worth anything at least: Ignition, Smash, Ixnay, Americana...which is where it started to go downhill)

I'll check those other bands you suggested.

If you guys could help me by posting specific songs it would be great...It's kinda hard to identify the great ones by listening to 30 second samples or just watching YouTube videos of the singles.

Thanks!

Just found a song called "Shattered (Turn The Car Around) by a band called O.A.R. that's pretty cool. Googled them to find a bit more about them and it turns out their drummer is called "Chris Culos"

TV on the Radio
Does it Offend You Yeah

Two of my favorites at the moment. TV on the Radio inspires me.

I thought so at first listens too but the more I listen to it the more it grows on me. It's hard to top Urban Hymns though.

Also,
White Zombie/Rob Zombie
Green Day - Warning (not so punk as their other albums)
Metallica's new album is kinda OK, not sure if I like it yet
The forthcoming Oasis album is supposed to be harder than their previous efforts
Audioslave (though seeing how you like RATM you probably have them already)
Chris Cornell's latest album was nice

I actually like O.A.R. quite a bit, though they're really just a jam band for college kids.

I second Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and would add The Black Keys to that. Similar sound.

I've been absolutely obsessed with Arcade Fire recently, as well as lighter groups like The Shins and Spoon (their new album from last year is great).

And then of course there's Radiohead...
