but upon hearing the sample, i see that i copy/pasted the wrong track from a set tracklisting.
the fusion is still ok

haven't heard the Macklin take on this - will have to check it out... maybe he removed the crowd cheers.
I only play the Macklin version, don't really give a stuff either way about crowd cheers, they're something different to hear. Macklin version is really easy to slip into a set, it goes really well.

Sucks when compared to "Sound of Sunday".
His remix of David West's "Suffering Island" is also very decent.
Meh, i not like this track much.

theres a good tune with crowd samples in it. has a great acid storm too, loved the mattey darey mix album limited euphoria where he mixed this in from DJ MISJAH & DJ TIM - ACCESS mixed together with the vocal sample of Underworld - Cowgirl. the darren tate tune swirls in and mixes together with a perfect beat mix over the acid. they both fit together perfectly. love the mad tomahawk scream in the access breakdown too.
also a brilliant tune with crowds is OT Quartet - Hold that sucker down (Warp Brothers remix)

absolutely. i mean enjoying crowd cheers in a song TOTALLY determines good taste in music. i'm so glad you've shown me the way.

Mate, you keep listing good/successful tunes with crowd noises as a way of proving that there's nothing wrong with crowd noises.
The fact is some of us like crowd noises, some of us don't and some dont care either way.
I personally don't like crowd noises in tunes.
But that doesnt mean I don't like tunes with crowd noises in.
Can you differentiate between the two?
