There's a good chance that over 50% of the American voters dont have a clue of whats going on. All they know is that there is an eletion every four years and they get a chance to vote.
Most Americans only open their eyes to the canidates around 18 months before election day. Some wont admit, but their decisions are made completly on bullshit information and other personal reasons.
Does race play a factor in this election? In this case...yes!
Black people ARE voting for Obama, just as white people ARE voting for Mccain, because thats the mindset that has been put into our society. It's nothing new, just a representaion of the past 200 years of this country.
It's a situation on both sides... the canidates are going to get support of individuals that share the same skin color.
Overall, it's really interesting how so many people are involve with this election.

Lastly, the amount of info that many find themselves repeating is just plain ignorant. Many voters begin defending themselves with quoting some shit they heard on the news or because some ass on CNN "said so".
It's really funny how people only know what they hear on tv. Why is it so easy to believe everything now. You could quote all you want and post all this bullshit articles on here thinking you have a reliable source, but the fact of the matter is you dont have a clue yourself and you're letting a random article defend your position.
I'm not targeting anyone in particular, but if you dont have a reliabe source, dont let a artical validate your opinion.
Honestly, I dont think we have the truth when it comes to receiving the news. The shit is doctered and also steered in the intrest of certain lobbyist and other interest groups. They tell us what they want us to hear.
I could care less if you listen to all the talk radio shows and watch every news channel. In the end, you're just a puppet dancing to their beat....

if you're trying to tell me that most americans (or most people in general) are ignorant and naive, you won't find much argument from me. but again, that wasn't the point of my post. my point is not about republicans or conservatives, but mccain-palin supporters - who are a special kind of asshole.
