Its a mashup, he played it earlier on in the night too, but without that huge ass chakalaka buildup.

His whole set set was amazing, but the last hour-or-so was freakn ridiculous.

Perspective Space
Daydream
Airwave
Cause You Know
No More Alone

I love you!!!

yea it's a mash. i can hear it right after the break, there's an extra roll in there. it's not the sphaera or venaccio remixes either, its a mash using the original. He might have just done a 'big room' edit of it by adding a couple of layers to it.

does anyone know the name of a track markus played that night, which had heavy percussion?

Matt James Vs Eco or something? Matt Johnson Vs Eco?

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a mashup, since Markus is the king of them (he does them the best.) ... but couldn't he cue chakalaka's sound and repeat it over to every fourth beat of timegate while mixing it in? i dont know, maybe im thinkin it to much, probably is a mashup! anyway, sounds phenominal.

50 would have been worth it.. that is why you buy your ticket before hand.... markus never disappoints! oh yea that is not my video.. its my buddies.. mine is too crappy.

there were actually quite a few good songs he played that i havnt heard before.. gotta find em! they will probably be on his GDBC jan 8th when he plays his live set from a few days before his vancouver show!

I definitely observed him doing a couple real neat loops and cue's through out the set

i was very pleased/content as always. =) but after 5 times, it was hard to feel "OmgGgGz! hands in teh air!!!" for him; y'know?

& he seems to play less of what i like more & more each time. the 1st 2 times i saw him, (feb of '07 & july of '07,) his sets were...just...mwaaaah! perfection! (trance'y dance'able uppity feel-good trance.) but the other day, it just felt like i was listening to g.d.b.c. (prog'ish stuff) transition for transition (quite literally) on di.fm @ 9 a.m. on a thursday. & i enjoy the more energetic stuff to get me goin' when i go out dancing w/ you dudes @ night; y'know?

but yea. i'll go & see him again. =) & i'll, YET AGAIIIN, witness him playing his perspective space mashup, other mashups, some remix of daydream, etc. oh lawwwd.

the show's attendance was quite epic. & people were fuuuucked UP! (no fights, though.) & i saw 2 guys from back in high school: both were out of their god damn minds; not a very pleasant thing to see. ah, well. i saw 1 of them @ the m.l.c. last summer already & lol'ed big time.

oh yea. that reminds me, i forgot your user name on here. but you went to my high school, too. message meeee. =)
