I don't know, I find her behavior really really unprofessional even for the so called "free spirits" of the fashion industry. Many dollars, contracts and careers will be affected by her dunkass behavior.

i think they took her of the stage because she was going on for too long not because she was drunk also it probably took them a while to figure out who was going to do it and even if they should.
i am all for a fun drunken speech but she is the PRESIDENT of the Fashion Design Council of Canada. Drink on your own time or just with your friends.

Friend, that is what we like to call a DRUNKEN' OUTFIT! usually put together while under the influence, and often seems like a good idea at the time until you see the pictures afterwards. Mine often involve feathered earrings
