i suck on all my picks...but over all it was pretty decent ufc fight night. Lesnar did pretty good on takedown def. He almost got caught with rear naked setup if he didnt pull Couture leg.

Actually... I was right on all my picks but that one... not only was I right on my other picks, but I also got my predictions of how they end it.

Maia by submission
KenFlow by submission
Gonzaga by TKO

So hush rookie.

Alot of people were, and theres only 2 guys that could handle him... Nogs and Fedor... hes too strong for the non-elite. Im hoping Nogs wins the fight against Mir to that he could make Brock tap, cause theres no fucking way in hell Nogs will get KO'd by Brock (neglecting a full on open shot at the chin like against Herring), but for the most part, the kinds of beatings he took at the hands of Fedor, Brock cannot match those. And once it goes to the ground, the fight will be over.

Fedor well, hes just an animal, the king pitbull of the ring, all who get in the ring with him are destroyed. Brock will be no different.

I would too, cause I can see people underestimating his standup, forgetting that his brother is/was a professional boxer in brazil.

Finally saw it. I knew Lesner was going to get it but was hoping for some fairytale ending with Randy. Lesner is a freak of nature. It kinda reminded me of when the ufc started and there wasnt really a weight limit. I think it was way to fast for a title shot but he won it so I guess he earned it.

This is where the UFC hits the shitter, because Dana White doesnt care who deserves the title, he wants the guys he can market to have the title. All week on Spike theyve been showing these 15 second commercials congratulating Brock, when have you EVER seen that happen for ANY fighter?

I think Brock should have fought Gonzaga first, let the winner of Nogueira vs. Mir fight Couture, and if Brock keeps the wins going, THEN he gets a title shot. This is one of those times I wish Tim Syliva was around, cause Id like to see him fight Brock.

Thats why it reminded me of the first few UFCs. Who ever wins...wins.
