In my books you just can't beat the Guv. Awesome sound system, mind blowing lasers, nice decor and layout, and cool people, not to mention a $10 cover even when some of the world's best DJs are present. What other club can provide such a great package for such a incredible price. I luv the GUV.!!!!

The place is too big !!....knock knock, its a superclub. NOw when we compare Guv to Aria or any other club, we compare the main room, not the whole complex. YEs not a true underground club, quite commercial, but nothing really is these days.

Up in Canada I also got to play at The Guvernment in Toronto. WOW! This has got to be one of the best clubs in the WORLD! I'd heard it was good but this was ridiculous! The sound system and energy in the room matched any big name you can think of. If Sasha or Tiesto played there the results could be frightening! Only The Guvernment in Canada (possibly my favourite club in the world now?), Aria in Montreal (a mini twilo!) and Dagobar in Quebec. Now its not cool....... just a hanger, an entertainment complex, nothing like a club should be. Than I guess these people are also ordinary people with ordinary thoughts. WE dont agree with them right. Guv sucks and so do they !!!!!

I dont even argue about this anymore, it just isnt an argument. But I have to make myself clear that Aria is no doubt a phenomenol club. But I always put it in NOrth Americas context, cause I have lots of friends who come up from the States. If anything I would say is even a bit close to Guv. That would be Avalon in BOston. Quite alike.

Well I guess enough of my ranting. It doesnt even make a difference to anyone. But then again, facts are facts.......

I wouldnt compare Aria to Guv at all
Aria = Afterhours ==> 2am to 11am ==> Pure Techno & Trance Freaks ==> Underground
Guv = Club ==> 10pm to 7am ==> Alcohol ==> Cheesy crowd ==> Commercial

not to mention Dj Booth at Guv is in the sky u cant even be close to the Dj (As Armin said , Dj booth is so high he didn't feel close to the crowd)

Pics of Aria will be the judge of the booth close to crowd.

its no use trying to argue... let them think its the best... we know what we have.

hahaa, I specifically stated what others think. And by that I meant the DJ's. THat just draws the line. You be happy in your little bubble while we amaze the world.

I still have to say Guvernment.... I've been to Aria and and thought it was great but I still think Guv is a better club... sound... lighting... setup... (regardless of some of the crowd) Though I really like the dj setup at Aria & cheers to Biggy for bringing in some amazing talent.
