Yes, the feeling of a turd coming out is one of the best in life.. except after a night of heavy drinking (especially if drinks like Malibu and such are involved). I like to look at it too. I get satisfaction out big and nicely colored poop.
I take a magazine with me, don't want to wipe right after it left my ass. I usually read one article each dump, so it takes a few minutes each. I like to sit.
Not like zipntf, I HATE it when the water splashes on my ass. I also hate it to take dumps when I'm at a swimming pool.
Call it typical, but I always get the urge when I'm almost home. Which is just great, because I don't like to go anywhere else than my own house.
