Give it a chance. They are a lot of fun I'd rather see them than some EDM DJ for the 6th time.

I told you, I have no problem with those acts. However, we already have Big Day Out and Good Vibes in Sydney. We don't need another mixed genre festival.
If that happens, within 2 years there will be no major EDM acts because the others will eclipse them. I like small club gigs and sideshows, but sometimes I just want a huge festival with EDM acts all over the place. This is now being threatened.

why the Fk is NERD gonna take prime spot when markus schulz (or the way i'd prefer it a larger name in EDM) were closing MAIN stage instead of being stuck on some piece of crap side stage...

You have to admit; having a mainstream act will distract unwanted attention from those you choose to see. Although i'd doubt Hawtin will be getting a side stage.

Actually, I'm one of the rarer people that loves when it's packed. Not always, but there's just something about going to an event when it's ram packed. It's awesome.
face it kids, your precious "EDM" has become mainstream and you have to share with everybody else

I'm guessing it'd probably be a similar deal to this years. Hawtin would get main stage earlier in the day ala digweed.

I highly doubt that's quantifiable in terms of rare/common

Most people I speak to hate being at a crowded event. It's a decent enough sample base
