Chances of other clubs getting raided (IMO):
Footwork: club is pretty chill, doesnt have a bad reputation, a raid could happen but I dont think the probability is too high.
Guv: Its too big to conduct a raid of the entire place. I can see them having undercovers in there and searching out dealers and then trying to arrest them individually, but for them to try to search all 3000 people in the club is unrealistic and a waste of police resources, they would easily need like 100 cops and would probably would only end up arresting a small portion of the patrons. Also, I think the guv and the police already sorta have an understanding with each other. I always see the bouncers outside talking to cops, I think they work together to search out dealers or something.
Basement: The place is pretty small and low-key... obviously there is a possibility but probably not high on the police priority list.
PLUS I think they are mainly trying to destroy the club district... ie. going after Richmond street clubs because they want to get rid of the club district. FW is sorta on the outer edge of the club district, Guv is in a totally different area, and so is basement. Therefore I dont think any of these clubs are high on the priority list. They must be spending a lot of money on these raids (the police that is) and they only end up catching a few dealers and only a relatively small portion of drugs, I think the real reason they are spending money on these raids is just to get rid of the clubs in general.
