I've come to learn over the years that they're pretty fucking accurate in most cases.
Anyways, I kinda get what you mean...although Clovis is right and minimal was a poor choice of word here...tech house is more like it.

he played lots of UK gigs in 2004-2006 and I saw loads of them. i was actually one of the earlier people to listen to him - I actually created the first luke fair tracklistings page (which i never really got the chance to update after 06 due to work etc) and he was wicked, but has gone downhill since. i saw him last year, both alone and SOS, and he / they were very mediocre
