She wants him to pay child support but not spend time with kids? then what is he paying child support for? if he spent 16 years with them surely he should not be spending less time with the kids father or not. The bitch is after money obviously, and one thing i dont get is if she cant remember who she slept with because of medication, that doesn't really show she's fit to be the mother of the kids. The judge is a female so she's on the side of the mother obviously, fucking sexist judge. Bring in a male judge and we'll see what he says!

My cousin has been paying support for a kid thats not his for 10 years. This is nothing new. He had to leave her because SHE was abusive and the female judge said that even though they were only married less than two years, he had assumed the role of the father and must pay. And the kicker? The kid is disabled so he is responsible FOR LIFE, not 18. They cant track down the real father since he apparently is somewhere in england so they go after my cousin.

So my cousin quit his job since it pretty much all went to the ex and his new wife was making the money. So she went after the new wife and won!! So now the new wife (4 times removed from the real dad and not related at all) has to pay for this kid. Meanwhile the ex sits at home ON WELFARE!

I would have moved to mexico a long long time ago if that were me.

As for this story, real justice would be immediate cessation of child support and the ability to sue her for fraud. There should be a mandatory DNA test for Tony. She should then go after Tony for the support. But reality is that in canada men are seen as ATMs. It doesnt matter which man pays as long as one does.

The best interest for the children? Maybe mommy should have thought of that all the years she deceiving them along with everyone else. H He should just leave the country. I know a guy in the same situtation who actually did and is much better off for it.

That is a life sentence for a something he didn't do. Absolutely horrible.

Wow, that's awful! One question, are your cousin and his new wife really well off? Not that that matters but I have no idea why this poor woman would even be got after...
