The music was amazing. Dinky and Tolfrey brought it proper. I wasn't a huge fan of the dynacord, and the vibe/people were a little off. But I had a great time - thank you Droog.

Hope Dinky comes back again soon...

thanks, Reza

i also think it was our best night of music yet. I understand where you're coming from re: people/vibe - having 18+ crowd on the patio did make for a somewhat uneasy combo of crowds, though i didn;t mind it as much as some

what didn't you like about the Dynacord? We still haven't had it professionally tuned - you need big empty space for that and a qualified sound technician of which there is a surprising shortage in LA. But i thought it sounded pretty good if a little harsh still, the low end needs to come out more, with a some more warmth to it, like i know it can sound

the venue and sound are still work in progress for us. We wanted to use Boardner's because they let us go past 2am, which we needed to fit these two amazing Djs on the bill. The Room has a better vibe and crowd, i agree

i thought all things considered, the sound was great. the room is a bit of an acoustic nightmare, but if you were in the sweet spot, it sounded awesome.

I thought the party was amazing, easily the best time ive ever had at boardners and it was really well filled in the middle without having no room to move with drinks, trapped in the aisle of "the room".

Some 18 year old girls came in from the outside and everyone was dancing.. I met some nice people. Quite a different crowd from the party on the patio, and tbh the music on the patio was *yuck*, so whomever was dancing inside really meant it.

I think the sound really filled the place well, all the concrete and metal aside. I dont think it sounded bad at all, I had my earplugs in and the spot was sweet.

I didn't mind the 18 year olds at all. They were partying it up, a proper kick in the ass from what they normally listen to. As I said to Andrei, "it's getting a little ravey in here". And that's not a bad thing at all
