Generally, I dislike complacency in a track. I try to avoid being a "fire and forget" producer who simply triggers loops, then mutes and un-mutes them, as needed.

A simple loop is fine, when you're just starting out, but leaving a loop running throughout the entire song is just tedious. Even if its subtle, every track should evolve, throughout the tune.

producers that remix a track and leaves out the original producers name in the title in order to make people think everything in the track was made by that one individual

i.e.

big shot producer - carte blanche
veracocha - carte blanche (big shot producer remix)
