Tried it a time or two as a sleep aid. It works ok, nothing magnificant.

One thing i do remember about it is from RJT's WTFBBQ a couple years ago. 3 or 4 kids had downed some and some crazy hilarious behaviour went down. Then an hour or two later this trio (or quad?) of kids was passed out on couches a foot or two from a nice little system that was pushed to a decent volume. It was one of the funniest scenes from that trip. I couldn't have slept at that volume, drugs or no
