Rua/coleman was one of the worst live PPV fights in recent memory. Coleman, @ 44yrs old , gutted out and @ times dominated Rua when any fighter worthy of being on a card like this would have finished him in the forst round.
Coleman was burnt from cutting the weight, and gassed within the first minute, yet lasted to the mid 3rd round.
Coleman showed a ton of heart, and despite the victory Rua was widely considered an embarassment by his display in the fight.

Unlike UFC in Pride they went through the elimination tournaments where the fighter would fight until he was the last man standing. He destroyed it and was crowned tournament champ. He was considered the future of MMA until his accident. Coleman was never impressive he got slapped around like the little bitch he is in PRIDE. easy there buddy, but crazed canuck was absolutely right. that rua coleman fight was absolutely pathetic, and rua should be flat out embarrased at that performance. that's just piss poor conditioning for a guy his age.

Rua was dominant in his Pride fights...but getting beat up and choked out by Forrest was a complete embarassment. That he couldn't put away a dinosaur like Coleman until the 3rd (and that's after Coleman gassed in the first!) speaks volumes about Rua's decline. If Rua brings that garbage against any of the other 'elite' at LHW, he's going to get schooled again.
