Yes, they do have a business use, but do you need to use them

- When shitting
- When on lunch
- After hours (unless you're in an on-call job)
- When meeting with friends

I hate going out for lunch with crackberry addicts, they are more interested in clicking through their emails then having a conversation.

But, back on topic - I'm usually in and out in under a minute. If it's taking longer, I usually figure something is up with my diet and make a conscious effort to eat more fiber and roughage for a few days.
