ps.: Before I do that, how do you say "driving licence" in German? Is it "die Fahrerlaubnis" or "der Führerschein"? I found both forms in the dictionary.

"Führerschein" is the more common word. "Fahrerlaubnis" is something you would only find in an official document, nobody says that.
