My back is always killing me. I'm gonna try sitting a bit better. I spend 90% of my day's in this chair if i'm not actually mixing. Maybe its my chair thats the problem:

Its kinda sad...

3,000 dollar laptop
Countless Dollars in misc hardware and interfaces
2 CDJ 1000s and a DJM 800

and...

a 10 dollar steel card table chair from walmart...oh yeah!
