I kind of agree with this guy from sky sports:

Well if it really was a "star revolt" the team is truly fucked (this is a world cup winning manager...). At no point should the players run the team.

it was pretty obvious that he had lost the team. i don't think it was a bad move but there is still the underlying issue of having a team full of selfish players that don't seem to be able to get it done right now.

Yeh but had he been given more time I don't doubt he would do something to get rid of the cocky players like cole and drogba and begin to build his own team. Plus none of the fans supported him which sucked. You can't judge a managers performance in 7 month IMHO.
