steroid issue = super gay
Professional athletes should be allowed to do whatever, take whatever helps them become the best athlete possible. There should be no restrictions whatsoever. Losers are always looking for excuses why they didn't win - always placing blame on someone or something. Give the whiners something else to cry about.

Sure, sure. Except, that makes a complete mockery out of the term 'athlete'.
Basically, it come down to "Oh bummer, I'm not as good as the other guys. Instead of working hard to better my skills, I'll just artificially enhance myself." Weak as piss.

The problem with Baseball is there isn't enough drugs.....if you are going to be in the pros it should be in your contract that you have to take steroids. I want to see someone hit a ball 700 feet and I want to see a pitcher actually throw the ball so hard that his arm rips off. I don't understand why everyone is against steroids.

Re: Baseball and steroids
I have to lol at baseball, all these guys can cheat and use steroids and they still get to play and make the hall of fame but Pete Rose bets on his own team to win and they ban him for life. Yeah, makes sense to me.

I think this is the problem with sports in general. Sports are entertainment... drugs are entertaining.... you want to make sports more entertaining then you need more drugs. I propose an all drug Olympics. All athletes would be required to be using a minimum of three substances; one "performance enhancing", one amphetamine, and one hallucinogen. Medals would be given to the athlete and their pharmacist. Think about it... ten Incredible Hulk looking guys with a nose full of speed and a head full of mushrooms running the 110M hurdles... THAT'S ENTERTAINMENT! Brings new meaning to Faster, Higher, Stronger.

I think Congress has bigger fish to fry than to worry about steroids in baseball, especially when it wasn't against the rules when most people took them. Also, how do they have a list of 104 names of players who tested positive for steroids, and the list was supposed to be kept private, but only one name gets released? That's stupid, release all or none.
